RIP Wellington cafes…
I mourn the recent closure of a couple of small gems – Simply Paris, Caribbean Cafe and Shinobi Sushi.
There are always going to be casualties in the ever-changing market, but its a shame to see those offering something different (and doing it well) hit the wall.
RIP.
I will be larking around the South Island for the next couple of weeks, so Wellington postings will resume in March….

Caribbean Cafe was a sad one, I went there on my last visit home and really enjoyed the vegetarian food and atmosphere, as well as some friendly staff..
